Unibar Corp. (Houston, TX) launched CapZfuel, a bioavailable and safe capsaicin extract that offers optimal thermogenesis support to better convert fat into energy. The ingredient is contained in enteric-coated beadlet that delivers directly to the intestines where it can be absorbed without unnecessary damage or irritation to the stomach. As a result, CapZfuel can extend exercise duration by enhancing endurance and energy as a potent sports-nutrition solution.
“Thermogenesis is an important function that utilizes the body’s fat as a fuel source and thereby helps to improve energy, reduce fatigue, and conserve muscle mass for better sports performance,” said Sevanti Mehta, president of Unibar, in a press release. “COVID has resulted in an increase of at-home exercise and having a supplement to help burn fat safely and efficiently will help with consumer’s weight management and exercise goals.”
CapZfuel is free from pharmaceutical excipients, like methacrylate, and achieves better dissolution and palatability without the use of surfactants and soothing agents. It is manufactured according to ISO, cGMP, HAACP, and PMDA requirements as well as certified kosher and halal.
