Olly Launches Mochi Bites Supplements in Beauty, Sleep, Multi, and Energy

Supplement brand Olly announced on October 1, 2026, the launch of Mochi Bites, which it describes as a first-of-its-kind supplement format with a soft, pillowy texture.¹ The company says Mochi Bites are the first supplement made with glutinous rice flour sold in the US, citing Circana retail point-of-sale data through April 9, 2026. The line is available at Target stores nationwide, where it carries Target Clean certification, and at Olly.com.

What Are the Four Mochi Bites Formulas?

According to Olly, the line is split into four formulas, each aimed at a different everyday need:

• Beauty (Strawberry Lychee): 6,000 mcg of biotin per serving, plus vitamins C and E, positioned for healthy hair, nails, and skin.
• Sleep (Starfruit Slumber): 5 mg of melatonin per serving, plus magnesium, which the company ties to normal muscle function and a healthy nervous system.
• Multi (Tropical Passionfruit): 10 nutrients, including vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12, and K2, and biotin.
• Energy (Peach Green Tea): a caffeine-free formula with vitamins B12 and B6.

Olly notes that these structure and function statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

What Does Olly Say About the Format?

Olly says each serving contains 1 g of sugar, with no synthetic flavors or colors, and that the products are vegan and gluten-free. The company also points to consumer interest in the format, citing Spate data showing a 17.1% year-over-year rise in interest in mochi-related products and a 45.1% rise on TikTok.

Punam Patel, Olly’s chief product officer, said the line took three years to develop. "At Olly, innovation always starts with science," she said in the announcement. “We're committed to giving consumers an elevated, effective way to support their everyday health and wellness goals without compromise.”

How Is Olly Marketing the Launch?

Olly will host a sampling event at New York City's Hudson Yards October 29-30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and an Airstream will hand out samples around the city.

What Has Olly Launched Recently?

In April, Olly introduced Precise Probiotics, a capsule line sold exclusively at Walmart and OLLY.com.² Each of its three formulas is taken once a day and is meant to support the gut microbiome and, through it, other systems in the body, such as the brain, skin, and metabolism. All three also contain SYNBIO and Bi-07, which Olly says support digestive and immune health.

The formulas differ in their featured ingredient, according to the company:

• Stress Support is built around Bifidobacterium longum 1714, a strain Olly describes as clinically studied for supporting normal cortisol and energy levels.
• Metabolism Support features Bifidobacterium lactis B420, which Olly says has been clinically studied to support metabolism and help maintain a healthy weight when combined with diet and exercise.
• Skin Support uses SynbÆctive ProBeautyShield, which the company says helps support skin hydration and maintain healthy skin pH.

Shikha Snigdha, PhD, Olly’s vice president of scientific affairs, said the line was meant to extend probiotics beyond digestion. "We created Precise Probiotics to help consumers take a more personalized approach to their gut health and wellness routines," Snigdha explained. "The Precise Probiotics line expands the role of probiotics beyond digestive health with three targeted formulas that harness clinically studied strains to support the connection between the gut and the brain, skin, and metabolism."

The products sit alongside Olly’s existing gut health products, including Big 10 Probiotic, Supergood Superfoods, and Prebiotic + Probiotic.

The April launch also described the Olly Advisory Coalition, a group of internal and external experts that includes registered dietitian nutritionist Patricia Bannan, MS, RDN.
