AuraFen, BILVORA, and IMBE debut at SupplySide Global 2026, and the company will also highlight its CaFi digestive health ingredient.

Logical Square will introduce three ingredients and technologies, AuraFen, BILVORA, and IMBE, at SupplySide Global 2026, October 28–30 at booth 4887.1 The Houston-based company will also highlight CaFi, its Cassia fistula-based digestive health ingredient, highlighting new research.

What Is Logical Square Introducing?

AuraFen combines fennel seed and Tinospora cordifolia, standardized to a total daily dose of 250 mg. The company says it is designed for women experiencing menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, occasional anxiousness, and sweating. According to the release, an integrated extraction process preserves the plants’ phytoconstituents and trace elements while removing the bitterness of Tinospora cordifolia. Logical Square says the low dose and improved palatability open the door to varied delivery formats.

BILVORA is a plant-based soluble fiber and prebiotic intended to support energy, hydration, and digestive health. The company describes it as palatable and easy to mix into water, juices, and functional beverages, with potential in powders and other formats. The release does not name the plant source or give a dose.

IMBE is a botanical extraction technology that Logical Square says is designed to change how plant-based commodities are extracted, developed, and applied. The release gives directs visitors to the booth for more information on the proprietary platform.

Sanjay Tamoli, PhD, technical partner at Logical Square, highlighted the company’s philosophy on natural ingredients. “Logical Square was founded on the belief that natural ingredients can offer tremendous potential when they are developed with the right science, processing and attention to how the entire plant matrix works,” he stated. “At SupplySide Global, we are excited to demonstrate how we are applying that philosophy across several important areas of health, from digestive wellness and women’s health to technologies designed to optimize the functional potential of botanical extracts.”

What Has Research Shown on CaFi?

Logical Square says it completed new clinical studies of CaFi in pediatric and older-adult populations, building on an existing adult study. Across more than 200 participants, the company reports statistically significant improvements in bowel movement frequency, stool consistency, straining, and gastrointestinal comfort. It also reports no clinically meaningful adverse effects on key safety parameters. In a comparison with senna, the company says CaFi showed favorable tolerability, without the urgency or cramping often associated with senna-based products. The release does not name journals or give publication status.

In a Nutritional Outlook interview recorded at SupplySide Global 2025, Tamoli said an earlier older-adult study, in people ages about 60 to 80, was designed because senna is less suitable for people over 60. He said CaFi performed as effectively as senna for bowel movement frequency, stool softening, and straining, and that participants did not report cramping or abdominal pain.2

How Does CaFi Differ From Senna?

Tamoli described senna as drawing water and electrolytes, including potassium and sodium, out of the colon, which he linked to cramping. He attributed CaFi’s tolerability to its low sennoside and high mucilage content, calling mucilage the main differentiator. He said CaFi, a sweet, water-soluble fruit pulp extract, can go into lozenges, gummies, liquids, chewable tablets, tablets, capsules, and probiotic or prebiotic drinks. The release lists dietary supplements, functional foods, and beverages as suitable applications.

Who Is Logical Square Meeting at the Show?

At booth 4887, the company says it will meet with brands, product developers, formulators, and manufacturing partners. Logical Square says it works with partners in India for research and development, product development, manufacturing, and clinical trials.
