Plant-based-wellness company Kadenwood has acquired probiotic and microbiome brand Probulin. Probulin is a Hempfusion Wellness subsidiary. Kadenwood’s products are sold in outlets like CVS, Kroger, Safeway, and Walgreens.

“The partnership expands Kadenwood’s premium portfolio of plant-based wellness products, providing new retail and e-commerce distribution channels…” the company’s press release states. Kadenwood said “expanding into the probiotics space is a natural progression for the company.”

Probulin is sold globally in outlets like Sprouts (where it is a top-selling product) and in other retailers within the natural channel, drug channel, and e-commerce market.
