Evonik debuts new synbiotics portfolio

The new nutraceutical synbiotic line is called In Vivo Biotics.

Ingredients supplier Evonik (Essen, Germany) has launched a new nutraceutical range called In Vivo Biotics comprising synbiotic formulas that marry probiotics and other beneficial ingredients. The line includes In Vivo Biotics butyrate, which supports butyrate production; In Vivo Biotics resolvin; and In Vivo Biotics gluten tolerance.
“We believe the human microbiome has great potential for maintaining good health. That’s why we are thrilled to offer our customers science-based nutraceutical solutions like In Vivo Biotics,” said Maximillian Yeh, head of solutions at Evonik’s Health Care business, in a press release.
