Univar adds Kalsec’s hops ingredients to its distribution portfolio in the U.S.
Univar already distributes Kalsec’s natural taste and sensory, colors, and food protection ingredients in Mexico, Colombia, and Europe.
Ingredients distributor Univar Solutions Inc. (Downers Grove, IL) is now also distributing Kalsec Inc.’s (Kalamazoo, MI) hops ingredients in the United States. Per earlier distribution agreements, Univar already distributes Kalsec’s natural taste and sensory, colors, and food protection ingredients in Mexico, Colombia, and Europe.

Kalsec has been a leading supplier of hops ingredients to the brewing and beverage industries for more than 40 years, the firms say. Univar will now distribute Kalsec’s hop acids, kettle aroma extracts, customized blends, neat hop oils, and hop flavoring.
