Sibelius Natural Products (Oxford, England) launched Sibelius: MyceliAid, a mushroom-based immune ingredient made with a wild-crafted, sustainably sourced chaga mushroom that is grown on birch trees and hand-picked by local farmers.

“The pandemic has inevitably opened a lot of eyes and consumers have become increasingly aware of their general health,” said Gioia Zambon, North America sales & marketing manager at Sibelius, in a press release. “Functional mushrooms are being incorporated into consumers’ everyday routines for their many holistic wellness benefits”.

Sibelius chose a distinguishable source of chaga with superior biological activity, as shown by its patented Chronoscreen platform, a proprietary assay for the identification of biologically active ingredients. In addition to being sustainably grown, traceable, and scientifically evidenced, MyceliAid comes as a water-dispersible powder suitable for several delivery forms.
