New planetary dual disperser mixer from Ross

Ross (Hauppauge, NY) has added a planetary dual disperser to its Ross planetary mixing line of industrial mixers. The dual disperser mixer offers a combination of kneading and high-shear input used to process chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and more.

The planetary dual disperser mixer is available in sizes upwards of 1000 gallons. The new system features two planetary dual dispersers. The unit contains two dual-post discharge systems designed for 100 PSIG discharge pressure. The semi-continuous mixing and discharge machine features 10 interchangeable vessels. Each mixer features two rectangular stirrers and two dual-blade, high-speed dispersers that rotate on their own axis while orbiting the mixing zone on a common axis, the company says.
