For the seventh year in a row, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) named NOW (Bloomingdale, IL) as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Large Business category 2019. For the third year in a row, NOW was also named as one the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness for its employee wellness programs.
“Each member of our team is vital to our success, and we endeavor to make sure they know how much they are appreciated,” said NOW CEO Jim Emme in a press release. “Perhaps now more than ever, providing quality employment in a healthy and safe environment is essential. This is something that is embedded in our company culture, and this independent recognition means a lot to us.”
Organizations whose operations and employee enrichment lead to increased productivity and financial performance are awarded this honor. Out of 5,000, 540 organizations were honored from all across the United States. Each company is assessed by an independent research firm and entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness-program effectiveness.
