Florida Food Products (FFP; Lake Mary, FL), a supplier of clean-label food protection, flavor, color, and texture ingredients, will showcase a wide range of product samples at the 2023 IFT FIRST Food Expo taking place in Chicago on July 16-19, 2023, at booth S0400.
At the show, the company will provide samples of clean-label meats, including a chicken breast featuring FFP’s VegStable Plus rice bran extract, an all-natural alternative to synthetic phosphates; deli turkey breast made with FFP’s VegStable Secure natural antimicrobial made from fermented celery juice; sausages featuring VegStable Plus and VegStable Fresh, both of which are natural antioxidants that improve shelf life, color, and flavor; and pepperoni made with VegStable and VegStable Fresh.
In the beverage category, the company will offer a cold brew soft-serve topped with FFP’s orange blossom–flavored caramel sauce or Speculoos-flavored chocolate sauce, as well as a watermelon basil white tea mocktail, a fermented carrot passion fruit chamomile drink with L-theanine, a cascara and apple cinnamon drink, a lavender cold brew, and a nitro coffee.
