FlavorSum demonstrates unique mocktail flavors: IFT FIRST 2023 Preview

Flavors supplier FlavorSum LLC (Kalamazoo, MI) will explore unique mocktail flavors at the 2023 IFT FIRST Food Expo taking place in Chicago on July 16-19, 2023, at booth S4042. At the show, the company will hand out mocktail samples and candy-coated pretzels.
“At the FlavorSum IFT FIRST 2023 booth, attendees can taste four insights-driven nonalcoholic cocktails ranging from classic inspirations to creative concoctions,” the company’s press release states. “Booth visitors will find themselves sampling flavor pairings such as blackberry ginger and oaked yuzu. The booth will also feature key lime and lemon crème–flavored candy-coated pretzels as a sweet accompaniment to the drinks.”
The company will also discuss the offerings of its FlavorSum Center of Excellence facilities designed for collaborating with clients on development, the FlavorSum Access online portal through which companies can download technical documentation, as well as the ongoing expansion of the firm’s Kalamazoo, MI, facility.
