Batory Foods (Rosemont, IL) and BioHarvest Sciences Inc. (BHSC) signed a performance-based agreement to enter the U.S. nutraceuticals market and the edible CBD market. Batory Foods offers commodity and specialty food ingredients, including sweetener solutions, and BHSC offers a patent-protected Biofarming technology in addition to a portfolio of products.
