Barrington Nutritionals will spotlight functional ingredients at IFT FIRST 2025

At IFT First 2025, Barrington Nutritionals, a supplier of ingredients for food, beverage, and dietary supplements, will showcase its ingredients from multiple categories. The company will be present at Booth #S4068 at the event, taking place July 13-16, in Chicago, Illinois. The new ingredients will highlight taste, nutrition, and texture.

Barrington’s clinically-studied branded ingredients listed in the press release include:

• Bioecolians: a prebiotic fiber for gut and microbiome health
• AstaPure: an astaxanthin antioxidant from microalgae to support cellular health and recovery
• ThymoQuin: a USP-compliant standardized black seed oil extract
• VivoMega: high-concentration omega-3 fish and algae oils
• Redaxin: a polyphenol that has been studied for cardiovascular health

Barrington’s portfolio covers ingredients categories including amino acids, vitamins, sweeteners, vegan proteins, herbal extracts, as well as specialty-branded ingredients.

Additionally, at the booth, protein snack ingredients and sweeteners will be featured, as well as samples of protein marshmallows, with allulose syrup and monk fruit extract used as sweeteners.
