Alland & Robert (Paris), a supplier of natural gums, says that 13 of its acacia gums are now Non-GMO Project Verified. The Non-GMO Project certification indicates that products are in compliance with the Non-GMO Project standard, which verifies that a company has systems in place for non-GMO testing, traceability, segregation, and more.
The company’s spray-dried acacia gums, instant-soluble acacia gums, and organic acacia gums are all now non-GMO Project Verified. Its karaya gum and texturizing ingredient Syndeo are also now verified.
In a press release, Alland & Robert CEO FreÌdeÌric Alland said: “This verification by the Non-GMO Project is step forward for us, and we will continue to promote the use of natural products in the food and cosmetic industries. It will help us provide more transparency to our customers looking for premium and vegetal ingredients.”
