Synbiotic Health, a company founded in 2018 focused on microbiome-ingredient research, has launched a new company called NoviaHealth LLC whose focus will be to commercialize probiotics and other dietary supplements. NoviaHealth has exclusive rights to commercialize new discoveries made by Synbiotic Health researchers.

Synbiotic Health largely focuses on R&D for probiotic ingredients. “As a new and independent company, NoviaHealth LLC will provide probiotic concentrates, custom probiotic blends, and turnkey contract development and manufacturing services to the dietary supplement market,” the companies' press release states.

NoviaHealth’s new manufacturing facility and offices will open in Madison, WI, in the second quarter of 2024, it adds. There, the company will provide product concept, co-development, and custom formulation services, with low minimum order quantities, the firms say.
