Kemin will present immune, sleep, and brain health solutions at Vitafoods Europe 2023

Kemin Human Nutrition and Health (Des Moines, IA) will highlight three of its branded ingredients for immune, sleep, and brain health. The company will present information on these at the Vitafoods Europe trade show taking place in Geneva, Switzerland, on May 9-12 (Booth I101).

BetaVia is the company’s algae-sourced postbiotic beta-glucan ingredient with immune and gut health benefits. In a company press release, Pedro Vieira, vice president, EMEA, stated that the ingredient has “demonstrated immune- and gut-promoting benefits derived from its triple-action mechanism: priming key immune cells, protecting intestinal barrier integrity, and shaping the microbiome.”

Meanwhile, DailyZz is the company’s proprietary spearmint and green tea extract blend that has been shown to promote better sleep quality and “improves next-day functioning in healthy adults who have occasional sleep complaints.” Finally, Neumentix is Kemin’s patented spearmint line that is high in polyphenols, offering cognitive benefits including agility, memory, focus, and attention.
