Concepts offered at the show include UpLift Mood Melts, Accentuate Beauty Stick, and the UpCharge Bar.
Balchem will show the benefits and possibilities of using its flagship ingredients in combination at the SupplySide West trade show happening October 23-27, 2023, in Las Vegas, at booth #5036.
The company will offer several condition-specific product prototypes at the show. These include UpLift Mood Melts, which feature the supplier’s VitaCholine cognitive-health ingredient; an Accentuate Beauty Stick for longevity; and what it calls the UpCharge bar for enhancing performance.
“The company will also spotlight the synergies between Albion Minerals and K2Vital Delta, the world’s only patented microencapsulated all-trans vitamin K2 MK-7 preparation for use in combination with minerals,” the company’s press release adds. “Encapsulated twice, the exceptional stability of K2Vital Delta allows manufacturers to blend it with the highly bioavailable chelated minerals, such as Albion Minerals, without compromising efficacy."
Dominik Mattern, vice president of science, business development, and marketing for Balchem Human Nutrition and Health, said Balchem’s acquisition of K2Vital Delta is especially exciting, providing new opportunities to its customers. “The existing research suggest that a combination of vitamins K2 and D3 can significantly benefit health,” he said. “Now, we’re moving from the perfect pair to the ‘perfect trio,’ combining K2Vital Delta, vitamin D3, and magnesium from Albion Minerals. Considering the impressive surge in the magnesium category, this mix promises manufacturers a unique edge.”
Other ingredients on display include the company’s VitalBlend MCT 7202 NG and RichMix 3807, a cold-water-soluble creamer, as well as VitalBlend Pea Organic 5023.
