The >Your< Hydramin+ Sticks target the growing overlap between functional hydration, sports nutrition, and beauty-from-within supplements.

Private label supplement developer PharmaLinea has added two new products to its >Your< Hydramin line, pairing its existing sugar-free hydration formula with creatine and collagen, respectively.1 The additions, >Your< Hydramin + Creatine Sticks and >Your< Hydramin + Collagen Sticks, are built on the same base technology as the company's original Hydramin Sticks and are intended to let brands combine hydration support with two ingredient categories the company describes as high-growth segments of the supplement market.

“By building on the strong foundation of functional, sugar-free active hydration and combining it with targeted, trending ingredients, we are creating more relevant, benefit-driven solutions for today’s consumers,” stated Matevž Ambrožič, PharmaLinea's strategy director.

What Do the New Products Contain?

Both new sticks use PharmaLinea's proprietary AminoAbsorb technology, which the company says relies on amino acid cotransport pathways to help the body absorb water and electrolytes without added sugar. Maja Orešnik, PharmaLinea's science and research Director, said the approach is intended to support hydration more efficiently than sugar-based formats commonly used in the category.

Matevž Ambrožič, PharmaLinea's strategy director, explained how the creatine variant addresses changing consumer preferences. “Today’s consumers are increasingly seeking smarter, more efficient products that combine multiple benefits into one simple daily habit,” stated Ambrožič. “>Your< Hydramin + Creatine Sticks offer exactly that—the product sits at the intersection of two powerful trends: functional hydration and the repositioning of creatine as a lifestyle ingredient. As brands like Thorne continue to communicate various benefits of hydration and creatine, these categories continue to move beyond niche sports use into the mainstream. By combining sugar-free active hydration with creatine, brands can address two fast-growing categories in one convenient format.”

The collagen variant, meanwhile, is framed around the growing overlap between beauty and nutraceutical products. “We're seeing a growing convergence of beauty and nutraceuticals, with consumers increasingly expecting visible results from within,” Ambrožič added. “By combining functional, sugar-free active hydration with collagen, >Your< Hydramin + Collagen Sticks reflect this trend. The product goes beyond basic supplementation to support skin health as part of a daily wellness routine. It aligns with the shift toward ‘beauty-from-within’ solutions that are both efficient and easy to integrate into everyday life. With its convenient format and great taste, it transforms collagen from an occasional add-on into a consistent, enjoyable habit. This creates a strong opportunity for brands to tap into the premium, lifestyle-driven beauty wellness space.”

PharmaLinea will host a virtual launch event on September 17 covering the science, formulation approach, and market positioning behind both new Hydramin+ concepts, presented by Orešnik and Ambrožič.2

What Clinical Evidence Backs the Hydramin Base Formula?

PharmaLinea also reported the completion of a randomized, controlled crossover study conducted at the University of Memphis evaluating the original >Your< Hydramin Sticks. Per the company, results showed hydration performance comparable to a sugar-containing electrolyte comparator, while producing a blood glucose response closer to that of plain water. PharmaLinea said it is now working toward publishing the full study results and described the trial as a step toward building a broader base of clinical evidence for its hydration technology, which now underlies all three products in the expanded Hydramin line.

What Else Has PharmaLinea Been Studying?

The hydration launch follows other recent clinical activity at PharmaLinea. Earlier this year, the company has also reported results from a randomized, double-blind, 12-week trial of its >Your< Iron Forte Capsules, involving 101 adults with mild to moderate, non-anemic iron deficiency.3 Participants took either the Iron Forte formulation or a low-dose ferrous sulfate comparator once daily, with hemoglobin change from baseline as the primary endpoint. PharmaLinea reported that the capsules produced hemoglobin and iron-status improvements comparable to ferrous sulfate, along with a lower rate of side effects.

That trial was described as the third clinical study supporting products in the company's broader >Your< Iron Line, which has been introduced in roughly 30 markets and has received several industry awards, including recognitions at Vitafoods Europe and from NutraIngredients–Asia.
