At Arla Food Ingredients’ stand, attendees will be able to sample some of their other functional and nutritious foods and beverages concepts, such as a kid’s UHT drink that includes Nutrilac, which is a milk fat globule membrane (MFGM), a drinking yogurt, and a squeezable cheese. MFGMs contain high amounts of complete whey protein. Additionally, MFGM consists of healthy lipids that include vitamin B12, Omega-3 fatty acids, and choline.1 As mentioned in the press release1, Arla Food Ingredients had launched a Whey360 campaign that showcased MFGM’s multinutrient benefits for functional foods throughout all life stages.
