AIDP Inc. (City of Industry, CA) has announced a distribution sales and marketing agreement to distribute a standardized Damiana extract, called Liboost, that is manufactured by Pharmactive Biotech Products SLU (Madrid, Spain). According to the company, the extract supports women’s sexual health, and has been demonstrated in clinical research to inhibit a cGMP-degrading enzyme to induce vaginal smooth muscle relaxation for improved sexual response. The raw materials are sourced from Mexico, manufactured in Spain in a GMP-certified facility, and carry EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) claims.
“AIDP is excited to represent Liboost from Pharmactive,” said Mark Thurston, president of AIDP, in a press release. “Liboost compliments our other women’s health products and will be a great addition for our customers.”
“We are happy to work with AIDP, Inc. to bring Liboost to the supplement, food and beverage markets,” said Jean-Marie Raymond, CEO of Pharmactive Biotech Product S.L.U. “We recognize AIDP’s expertise and broad industry reach, making them the ideal candidate for Liboost.”
