Nicholas Jacobus: What is you company showcasing at Supply Side Global this year?
Denis Neville: All right, thanks for asking, Nick. We're very excited about showcasing our Shielded Creatine. Just launched. We've got a brand-new trademark for it. It's called CreaSHLD-IN, and it's going to be a game changer for this world. The reason for that is that we're able to fully stabilize creatine monohydrate using our enabling technology, and the enabling technology really is about shielding a nutrient, a bioactive, from the environment, such as water, acid, heat, but also in the body, in vivo, being able to shield it from the gastric system, control the release, and make sure that the bio journey, which we talk about here, happens fully.
Jacobus: What problems are you hearing from brands and formulators that this product is meant to solve?
Neville: Yeah, it's all about stability. Stability, like we know, it's scientifically proven, and creatine is the most studied nutrient out here. That it deteriorates, degrades over time, converts from creatine to creatinine. So creatinine doesn't have any negative effect on a body per se, and there was, you know, back in the day, the expectation was that there was a negative effect, but there isn't. But it also doesn't do anything positive. You know, creatine itself is hugely important for muscle retention, muscle subtleness, but also for cognitive function, and that's been proven scientifically. But if it converts to creatinine in water or in in other format systems, then you're getting no benefit at all. So that's where we come in. We're shielding. We're protecting. We're making sure that it actually works when it's supposed to work.
