Vantage Nutrition, an ACG Group company, has acquired the AquaCap (Philadelphia, PA) from Nestlé Health Science. Vantage Nutrition already has a reputation as an innovator of two-piece liquid-fill capsule solutions, making the acquisition highly complementary.
