TSI Health Sciences will introduce omeGo, an omega-3 oil from Norway-based Hofseth Biocare.
TSI Health Sciences will introduce omeGo, an omega-3 oil from Norway-based Hofseth Biocare. Manufactured from a proprietary supply chain, omeGo omega-3 oil is extracted within 24 hours from fresh virgin salmon, the company says, and is an alternative to conventional fish oil ingredients.
The oil is stable and the natural constituents are preserved, thus maintaining a natural pink salmon color. The method for processing marine biomass in a low-temperature, enzyme-driven process, yielding salmon oil ingredients that are fresh, pure, and 100% sustainable, maintains global patent protection. The company says that rapid processing time, unmatched capacity, and traceability make its offerings a novel option for softgel and liquid supplement manufacturers.
