Glanbia Nutritionals will highlight its extensive ingredient and formulation expertise at this year’s SupplySide West show. During the show, the company will showcase a broad range of nutritional food and beverage prototypes featuring innovative high-protein and probiotic ingredients, a new anti-fatigue peptide ingredient, and premium-quality customized micronutrient premixes with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.
Visitors will also be able to sample a high-protein frozen Greek yogurt formulated with NutraSol 880. For customers interested in a low-fat diet, Glanbia will also present a soft-serve low-fat yogurt with the added benefit of GanedenBC30 probiotics.
A strawberry sauce will feature an antioxidant micronutrient premix, which helps to fight free radicals as well as provide vitamins and minerals. An energy beverage prototype demonstrates how premixes can be tailor-made to provide specific benefits for any application. For the energy beverage, anti-fatigue peptides and an energy micronutrient premix provide the optimal blend to both fight fatigue and provide an energy boost.
