Prinova unveils functional concepts at SupplySide Global 2025

At this year’s SupplySide Global conference, taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, between October 29, 2025, to October 30, 2025, Prinova announced in a recent press release that the company will be showcasing their functional nutrition portfolio.¹

Prinova conducted research online which found that 53% of consumers consider great taste a primary influence towards their purchases.^1,2

At SupplySide Global, Prinova’s will be highlighting¹:

1. Peach Mango Clear Whey RTM beverage – Tapping into the strong consumer shift toward increased protein intake—a trend validated by 85% of consumers who plan to boost their consumption³—the Peach Mango Clear Whey RTM beverage offers an innovative solution. CitraPeak Introduced to The European Marketplace

Prinova announced in a May 2025 press release, the launch of CitraPeak, a clinically supported pre-workout ingredient, to the European market.⁶

CitraPeak is created from hesperidin, a flavonoid commonly found in citrus fruits, and the first to be offered in a 100% soluble form. The nutrient is vasodilatory and provides a “pump effect” which the press release mentioned is “ideal for pre-workout applications.”⁶

To create the pre-workout supplement, hesperidin is bonded to tapioca starch. The company claims that by doing this, it is able to become 100,000 times more soluble, as well as 347 times more bioavailable than standard hesperidin.

As mentioned in the press release, the benefits of CitraPeak include⁶:

• Increase in physical output: Research shows that CitraPeak helps increase, energy and physical output
• Rapid release: Over 100,000 times more soluble and 347 times more bioavailable than standard hesperidin, CitraPeak^® activates in just 30 minutes.
• Increase in thermogenic effect: In a cold condition test, surface temperatures were 5.4 °F higher among a CitraPeak group compared to control, with users reporting increased sweating at room temperature.
• Nitric oxide pump effect: CitraPeak is broken down in the body into hesperetin (of which hesperidin is a glycoside), which has been linked to increased release of nitric oxide and related pump effects.
• Increase in blood flow: In another clinical study, CitraPeak was found to increase blood flow by 18% compared to a control.

Additional research is being conducted regarding CitraPeak’s potential benedits in other areas such as, recovery, mood and cognitive performance, and VO₂.
