OmniActive Processing Plant to Support 10K Farmers
The company's new lutein plant has a processing capacity estimated at several million tons of marigold flowers.

OmniActive Health Technologies (Morristown, NJ) inaugurated a second processing plant last week under its subsidiary OmniKan Earth Science Pvt. Ltd. The plant will bolster lutein production for the company.
OmniActive has estimated that the new plant will have the capacity to process several million kilos of marigold flower into lutein. More than 10,000 local farmers and 30,000 agricultural workers are expected to work for the project.
The inauguration featured a keynote address from former India Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda.
