The Holman home test screens a patient’s omega-3 levels, which can then translate into decisions about diet and supplementation regimens.
Healthcare practitioners are able to open a lab account with Lipid Technologies and receive complimentary testing materials. Practitioners only need to pay once their patients decide to test and submit samples. Nordic Naturals warehouses and ships the test kits to practitioners, and Lipid Technologies processes and delivers the test results.
Another omega-3 brand, Coromega, also offers the Holman testing kit on its website.
