New Book Highlights Sabinsa’s Curcumin

Ingredient supplier Sabinsa (East Windsor, NJ) says that its Curcumin C3 Complex ingredient has been studied in more clinical trials than any other branded curcumin ingredient on the market. Now, the ingredient is the focus of a new book, Curry Powder to Clinical Significance, 1^st Edition.

The book focuses on Curcumin C3 Complex, its 26 years’ worth of research, and its history, as well as its studied effects on conditions ranging from cardiovascular disease to radiation dermatitis.
