OncoQOL is a line of dietary supplements and personal care products for cancer patients.
Thorne Research Inc. (Sandpoint, ID) and Helsinn Healthcare SA (Lugano, Switzerland) have partnered to create OncoQOL, a line of dietary supplement and personal care products for cancer patients.
Not intended to cure or treat cancer, each product has been formulated to alleviate common physical symptoms and nutritional deficiencies experienced by cancer patients. Dietary supplements in the portfolio include a complex of branched-chain amino acids and other amino acids to promote weight gain and muscle mass (DazibeQOL) and a wheat germ extract to potentially reduce fatigue (NutraQOL).
The OncoQOL line also includes a DermaQOL line of silicon-free and sulfate-free personal care products, including an aloe cooling spray for irritated skin and a lotion for skin hydration.
OncoQOL products are available through oncologists and other medical professionals in the United States and Canada.
