Vardalos will share her own tips on incorporating healthy diet, dietary supplements, and exercise in a healthy lifestyle.
Academy Award-nominated actress and screenwriter Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding, My Life in Ruins) has signed on to promote Life…supplemented, a campaign managed and funded by the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN; Washington, DC). The campaign aims to help Americans achieve overall wellness through “three pillars”: healthy diet, the use of dietary supplements, and exercise.
Vardalos will share her own tips on incorporating healthy diet, dietary supplements, and exercise in a healthy lifestyle, and will encourage visitors to take advantage of the campaign’s tools, like its My Wellness Scorecard, an information library on supplements, a weekly blog featuring well-known nutrition and health experts, and a soon-to-launch mobile application to encourage healthy living on the go.
“I like being part of a campaign that encourages people to get healthy,” stated Vardalos to the press, adding that she herself has tried to eat healthier, exercise, and take supplements recommended by her doctor.
