Aqua Bio Technology ASA (Bergen, Norway) has announced a rebranding of its Zonase X
Aquabeautine XL is derived from salmon hatching fluid. Marketing of the ingredient for skin health was inspired by salmon hatchery workers, whose skin would become smooth when exposed to the fluid. The ingredient’s role in nature is to digest the dead skin of a salmon eggshell without harming fresh salmon larva.
The rebranding of Aquabeautine will be official at the upcoming In-Cosmetics 2011 trade show in Milan, Italy.
