Women In Nutraceuticals to host Gender Equity Networking Reception and annual WIN Awards Ceremony at SupplySide Global 2025

Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), a non-profit organization led by global nutraceutical leaders, announced in a recent press release that the non-profit was launching the WIN Entrepreneurship Training + Pitch Contest. There were 25 spots available with the application period closing on October 13, 2025.

Through the Entrepreneurship Training and Pitch Contest programs, were available to female founders in nutraceutical and wellness areas, with only 25 companies selected. The WIN Entrepreneurship Committee organized the program which allowed for all teams that were selected to receive pitch coaching, with 10 of those teams granted the opportunity to be able to pitch live at the WIN Summit. Additionally, program participants will be provided trainings led by industry experts, go-to-market and investor strategy coaching, as well as some feedback on their business model.

The press release mentioned that the Mentorship Committee was “looking for passionate industry professionals who want to make a difference by helping others grow, connect, and succeed in the WIN Mentorship Program.” The committee has volunteer roles available which include:

• Alumni Sub-Committee – Keep WIN’s mentorship community connected and engaged after program completion.
• Toolbox & Resources Sub-Committee – Develop and maintain resources to support mentors and mentees.
• Networking & Community Sub-Committee – Foster connections through events, meetups, and online engagement.
• Software & Technology Sub-Committee – Support digital tools, platforms, and technology for program operations.
• Learning & Development Event Management Sub-Committee – Plan and execute training and development sessions.
• Onboarding Sub-Committee – Onboard new committee members in the mentorship group, manage training, succession plans and exit process.
• Commencement & Celebration Sub-Committee – Organize graduation and recognition events for participants.


Gender Equity Networking Reception at SupplySide Global 2025

At this year’s SupplySide Global 2025 conference taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, between October 29 to October 30, 2025, WIN will be hosting their annual WIN Awards Ceremony. The event will take place on October 28, 2025, from 3:30 to 4:00 PM. Annual WIN Award recipients of Gender Equity, Research, Mentorship, and Entrepreneurship, will meet in the Mandalay Bay South Pacific Ballroom G. The awards ceremony will take place shortly after the WIN Gender Equity Networking Reception which will be held in the same location and end around 5:30 PM.

The WIN awards program was created as a space to honor the achievements and significant contributions of individuals within the nutraceuticals industry that have provided support in the space through research innovations, mentorship, strong business acumen, a commitment to advancing women’s leadership in the space, gender equity, and pioneering vision. The organizations’ press release mentioned that “Each award category has been designed to reflect the core mission of WIN: to empower women and foster an inclusive, supportive environment where their talents and contributions can thrive.”

The WIN Awards Ceremony is available to everyone but is recommended for attendees to register in advance. Individuals who sign up early, may have the opportunity to win some prizes.

SupplySide Connect New Jersey 2025 WIN Reception

On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, WIN hosted a WIN #WINtogether Gender Equity Reception at SupplySide Connect New Jersey 2025, which took place in Secaucus, New Jersey.1 The event served as an opportunity for attendees to network with other WIN members, professionals, and industry leaders. Complimentary beer and wine drink tickets were provided and anyone who was interested in supporting gender equity in the nutraceutical industry was welcome to attend the reception.
