Vegan Minerals launches 100% plant-based and sustainable calcium ingredient called Calcea

Vegan Minerals announced in a recent press release¹, the launch of their new 100% plant-based and sustainable calcium ingredient called Calcea. Calcium is a nutrient that helps aid in cardiovascular health, muscle function, gut wellness, and bone health.^1,2 The more common form of calcium supplements come in synthetic or rock-based minerals which are not always easily absorbed in the body.¹ According to Vegan Minerals, with Calcea, the nutritional supplement is able to provide 16 amino acids, bioavailable calcium, more than 70 essential trace minerals, magnesium, while also being in a plant-based form.
