Study Shows Jusuru Supplement’s Anti-Aging Skin Benefits

Daily supplementation with liquid nutritional supplement Jusuru Life Blend for 12 weeks may help reduce signs of skin aging, according to a new study on 25 healthy women.

The study was Jusuru’s first human skin study. Jusuru is the only liquid dietary supplement containing BioCell Collagen, the flagship hydrolyzed collagen type II and hyaluronic acid ingredient from BioCell Technology LLC. In addition, Jusuru Life Blend contains resveratrol and a polyphenol-rich fruit juice blend. The company says that their combination in Jusuru Life Blend may show greater benefits than the functional ingredients alone.

The company says that in the study, Jusuru Life Blend was shown to reduce wrinkles, laugh lines, and crow’s feat. Results were measured using “qualitative and quantitative measurement tools.” In addition, results included a reduction in skin dryness and an increase in dermal collagen, leading to improved skin texture, hydration, and firmness.

The BioCell Collagen ingredient alone has undergone four human clinical trials showing benefits for both joint and skin health. (A human study conducted earlier this year showed that daily use reduced wrinkles.) Jusuru says that the resveratrol and polyphenols in Jusuru Life Blend may also generate additional benefits, such as reducing facial melanin content for a more-even skin tone.

Additionally, the study showed that Jusuru Life Blend may improve microcirculation under the skin, indicated by increases in hemoglobin in the dermis.
