Stratum Joins ESM in Eggshell Ingredient Business
Stratum's parent company has acquired interest in ESM.

Stratum Nutrition (St. Louis) has entered into a partnership with neighboring ESM Technologies (Carthage, MO), a supplier of eggshell ingredients NEM (natural eggshell membrane) and ESC (eggshell calcium).
Stratum Nutrition announced today that its parent company, Novus International Inc. (St. Charles, MO), has acquired significant interest in ESM Technologies, and that Stratum will help bring the company’s eggshell-based joint care products to new market opportunities.
NEM and ESC joint health ingredients are available for both pet and human health.
