Sirio announces the company’s expansion with a new manufacturing facility in Thailand to help meet changing consumer preferences in the APAC region.

In a recent press release, Sirio Pharma (Sirio), a global nutraceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), mentioned that the company had reported record revenues in the APAC region and will be constructing a new manufacturing facility in Thailand in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Southeast Asian markets have seen increasing demand such with key markets in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. To meet trending consumer preferences, Sirio is moving forward with the manufacturing facility expansion. High-dosage sports nutrition gummies, fish oil supplements, and multivitamins have been experiencing increased interest in Australia, over the last 12 months. In Singapore, the area has seen growth in collagen-based beauty supplements, sour-flavored sports nutrition gummies, and biotin.

Sirio mentioned in the press release that the company is anticipating the markets in India, Thailand, and Indonesia to grow over the next few years for the nutritional space. Australia is seeing consumer preferences targeting muscle gain and recovery products. With consumers looking for “convenient, high-efficacy formats as alternatives to traditional powders.” Sirio has launched products to help meet demand with products such as, high-dosage performance gummies that include creatine, protein, and BCAAs that don’t require pills or needing to mix powder. In Thailand, active lifestyles are on the rise which is sparking interest in micro effervescent vitamins and sports gummies. Indonesia’s market has seen a demand for halal-certified supplements and Zone IVB-stable formulations. In India, vegetarian soft gels and beauty supplements made of collagen and biotin have become interests for consumers.

Sirio is working towards meeting demand in these markets through the expansion of their new manufacturing facility in Thailand and new office location in Singapore.
