The new botanical-based ingredients, SabiLize-Alpha and SabiLize-Beta, are offered as natural antimicrobial solutions and are described as “natural active fractions of various essential oils and phytoextracts.”
Sabinsa says that when used at 0.5% in cream, both ingredients were found to be significantly protective against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli, as well as Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.
