Reishi Extract Mushroom Complex Launched for Immune Health

Reishi Extract Mushroom Complex is both standardized for triterpenes and is more bioavailable.

Unlike other Reishi mushroom extracts on the market, Life Extension says that its new Reishi Extract Mushroom Complex is both standardized for triterpenes and is more bioavailable. The product is targeted for immune support.

“While Reishi extracts standardized to polysaccharides have been on the market for years, most do not standardize for triterpenes and include the spores,” the company stated in a press release. “Life Extension’s full-spectrum extract has multiple components which have shown to support healthy immune function and enhanced longevity in a natural experimental aging model.”

The firm adds that the advanced extraction technology it uses yields more bioavailable active compounds.
