Mosaic Flavors (Chino, CA) has announced the acquisition of First Coast Flavors (Jacksonville, FL) to enhance Mosaic’s position as a premier provider of high quality, customizable flavor solutions, and broaden its application capabilities. First Coast Flavors was founded in 2022, by Rich Flanigan and Andy Titus. Flanagan has over 21 years of specialty ingredient sales, and eight years of direct flavor experience. Mosaic was formed during a merger of two flavor houses, OC Flavors and Novotaste, in 2023.
