Internal promotions announced by Gencor Pacific

In a recent press release¹, Gencor Pacific, an ingredients supplier, announced that several employees within their company had received promotions to better help the organization grow their strategic vision.

Gencor Pacific’s new Director of Scientific Affairs for the EMEA and APAC regions is now Mariko Hill. In this position, Hill will manage the product development, regional regulatory compliance, and scientific strategy.

Jaswinder (Jassi) Kaur will now be taking on the role of Commercial General Manager. Here, Kaur will utilize her sales, marketing, strategy, and operations experience to help grow the organizations’ profitability.

As Business Development Director for Gencor North America, Christopher Bailey, PhD, will work with the sales team in the North American department and will additionally oversee accounts, as well as further developing the Pet End Use Market.

Svetha Veeravalli was recently promoted to Human Resources Partner. Veervalli will be working with Gencor’s business leaders to assist with aligning staff with the company’s organizational strategies and goals.

In more strategic moves for the company, Gencor announced that John Quilter will be the company’s new CEO in a May 2025 press release.² Prior to Gencor, Quilter was the founder and CEO of the strategic advisory firm BiaQ and has collaborated with Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, and other corporations throughout his career.
