ESM Partners with Novus International

ESM Technologies LLC (Carthage, MO), developer of eggshell-derived nutrition ingredients, has signed a joint-venture agreement with Novus International (St. Charles, MO). Previously, ESM had a technology partnership with Novus subsidiary Stratum Nutrition.

Novus says it has founded a growing business on ESM Technologies’ NEM eggshell-membrane ingredient for bone and joint health. Another Novus subsidiary, Arenus, has exclusive rights to use NEM in animal supplements.
