Enzymotec Receives Frost & Sullivan Award for Phosphatidylserine

Enzymotec Ltd. (Migdal HaEmeq, Israel) has received a 2011 Frost & Sullivan customer value enhancement award for phosphatidylserine ingredients, the company reports.
Phosphatidylserine or PS is a nutrient found in particular abundance in the brain. It is the only ingredient with an FDA qualified health claim for cognitive dysfunction and dementia.
Enzymotec PS options include soy-free PS ad PS-Omega 3 conjugates.
