Chr. Hansen to Introduce “Stable” Tablet Combining Probiotics and Vitamin C

Chr. Hansen (Hoersholm, Denmark) says it will debut a chewable tablet combining probiotics and vitamin C at the upcoming Vitafoods Europe trade show. The product targets immune support.

“Our application expertise includes an extensive technology platform that makes it possible to combine probiotics with other ingredients,” stated Charlotte Beyerholm, the firm’s marketing manager, human health and nutrition, in a press release. “Our new probiotic chewable tablet combines Lactobacillus L. casei 431 and vitamin C and is an ideal combination for immune support.”
