Chinese Chondroitin Certified for Quality

Yantai Dongcheng Biochemicals Co.’s (Yantai, China) chondroitin sulfate has received a Certificate of Suitability (COS) from the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & Healthcare. The certificate indicates that the chondroitin sulfate complies with European Pharmacopeia standards.

The announcement was made by chondroitin sulfate supplier Pacific Rainbow International (City of Industry, CA), which owns 21.67% of Dongcheng’s facility and handles its marketing in the United States.
