Cavaliere Joins Eggshell Ingredients Business

ESM Technologies (Carthage, MO), a developer of eggshell ingredients for human and pet joint health, has named Mark Cavaliere as its new head of quality assurance and quality control in Carthage.

Cavaliere has extensive experience working with raw materials, R&D, and supply chain operations. He previous served as director for GMPs at the U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP). At ESM, Cavaliere will be responsible for maintaining ingredient quality standards, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining all quality certification for branded eggshell ingredients.
