Primo-Antioxidant S was created for instant drink applications.
Bionov (Avignon, France) has developed a new, natural melon juice concentrate rich in SuperOxide Dismutase (SOD) coating ingredient for use in instant drink applications. The product, called Primo-Antioxidant® S, will debut this September at Vitafoods Asia 2013.
According to Bionov, Primo-Antioxidant S has high antioxidant bioactivity and is perfectly suited for skin/beauty, well-being, and anti-aging market applications. The ingredient is completely dispersible in water at cold temperature, stable in water and acid conditions, tasteless, and colorless.
Primo-Antioxidant S is derived from Cucumis melo L., a family of melons that includes cantaloupes. It is free of solvents, gluten, common allergens, GMOs, pesticides, and heavy metals.
