Wild Flavors Acquires Mint Ingredient Provider

Wild Flavors GmbH (Zug, Switzerland) has acquired A.M. Todd (Kalamazoo, MI), an ingredient and flavor provider with specialty in natural mint ingredients and flavors.

A.M. Todd's Asia plant is located in a geographic area well suited for growing mint, according to Wild Flavors. The acquisition gives Wild Flavors added strength in natural flavors, colors, and ingredients.

A.M. Todd is reported to have generated over $100 million in sales.
