Vitiva has announced a partnership with Savannah Fine Chemicals to introduce Vitiva’s Oxidation Management System rosemary-based portfolio to the South African Market.
Vitiva (Markovci, Slovenia) has announced a partnership with Savannah Fine Chemicals (Johannesburg) to introduce Vitiva’s Oxidation Management System rosemary-based portfolio to the South African Market.
Vitiva is a provider of application-specific natural antioxidants-including VivOX, INOLENS, and AquaRox products-for the food, cosmetic, and nutraceutical industries.
Savannah Fine Chemicals is an ingredient supplier for food, beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries in South Africa.
“Currently, many South African products contain traditional synthetic and/or chemically derived antioxidants such as BHA, BHT, TBHQ, ascorbate, etc.” said Vitiva in its recent news announcement. “The limited variety of natural antioxidants available in the South African market does not provide satisfactory solutions and are often characterized by strong color, odor and bitterness, and support few food applications.”
The focus of this partnership will be to provide oxidation management systems for processed meat, oil, bakery, and beverage manufacturers in South Africa, according to Savannah Fine Chemicals.
