Natural extracts supplier Vitiva (Markovci, Slovenia) has opened a new sales office in Southern Germany to enhance its local reach. Norbert Huber will act as area sales manager and will lead operations in Germany, Austria, and part of Switerland.
The new office aims to increase the company’s market presence, already strong in the meat and savory industry, expanding operations in oils and fats, bakery, dairy, fish, feed, and cosmetics.
“German regional customers are increasingly demanding a variety of natural solutions to address the antioxidation, antimicrobial, water-binding, coloring, and other food-protecting/enhancing needs of their applications,” the company says.
A growing focus for the firm is natural colors and sweeteners.
