VitaTech Celebrates Improvements in Tablet, Capsule Production
Recent investments are boosting production at the Tustin, California facility.
Private label manufacturer VitaTech International Inc. (Tustin, CA) says several recent investments in production capabilities are already improving the company’s speed and efficiency in production of tablets, two-piece capsules, and powders.
By using new high-speed equipment, VitaTech says it can churn out 250,000 tablets per hour, thus increasing the company’s full tableting capacity to 3.8 billion tablets per year.
Capsule production has also jumped up to 1.2 billion capsules each year.
VitaTech says it has invested over $2 million into production, including new tablet and capsule fillers, and new technology that allows for immediate rejection of tablet and capsules that don’t conform to desired shapes.
